Brothers Osborne Release Trio of Songs From Upcoming Album

Brothers Osborne have released three new songs, "Nobody's Nobody,"⁠ "Might As Well Be Me,"⁠ And "Rollercoaster (Forever And A Day).⁠" The three tracks are part of the duo's upcoming project and the first look at new music from the duo since the 2022 release of the deluxe edition of their Skeletons album.

John Osborne said, "As musicians, we're constantly evolving and pushing ourselves to new heights. With our fourth album, we've teamed up with a new producer, Mike Elizondo, and embraced his approach to our sound and story. Our expectations were already high and he absolutely shattered them. It's exciting to see where this journey will take us and we can't wait to share this sound with everyone. Life and art are about growth and taking risks, and we're ready to take on the challenge."

Brothers Osborne are on the road this summer beginning on June 4th in Madison, IL.

George Strait Adds Two Fort Worth Shows To Schedule

George Strait has announced a two-night-only event in his home state, with back-to-back concerts set for Friday, November 17th and Saturday, November 18th at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, TX. He will be joined by special guest Caitlyn Smith for both dates. Tickets to the shows go on sale to the general public on Friday (April 14th) at 10 a.m. CT via Ticketmaster.com.

The news follows the recent announcement that "King George" will team up with Chris Stapleton to perform one-off stadium dates this year in Phoenix, Seattle, Denver, Milwaukee, Nashville (two nights) and Tampa. George and Chris will be joined on all dates by special guest Little Big Town.

Chris Janson Releases New Song 'Tap That'

Chris Janson has released a new track called "Tap That," along with the video. He co-wrote the song with LoCash's Preston Brust & Chris Lucas along with Brandon Kinney.

Chris said, "This is a hard rockin, party driven, beer drinkin song! Always have loved it, and I hope the fans love it as much as I do. Crank it UP!"

The video for "Tap That" was filmed while Chris and his band and crew took to the beach for some pre-show down time ahead of a performance in the Cayman Islands.

He said, "We had a fun time shooting this video. My drummer, Josh, filmed it. Just hanging out with the band and family, and on the beach in the Cayman Islands. Everyone happy, and having a great time ..."

Chris is currently climbing the charts with his latest single, "All I Need Is You." Last week, he released an alternate version of the song, "All I Need Is You (Outlaw Version)."

Ashley McBryde Releases New Song, 'The Devil I Know'

Ashley McBryde has released a new song called "The Devil I Know," which she co-wrote. She said, "We're always hearing something from somebody who thinks they know what's best for us. Lose weight, your hair's too curly, change this, change that. Things just seem to go better when you trust your own lens to see what's good for you."

The song's lyrics include:

Doctor says I gotta give up on these smokes

Kane Brown Makes Acting Debut In Tonight's 'Fire Country'

Kane Brown makes his acting debut tonight (Friday, April 7th) on CBS' Fire Country. The network released a sneak peek at the episode, which airs at 9 p.m. ET. In it, Kane plays a "modern-day train hopper" named Robin who helps injured people at the scene of a train and bus crash.

Kane has the weekend off from his headlining Drunk or Dreaming Tour to be home with his family this Easter weekend. The tour resumes on April 13th in Wichita, KS.

Kane's new single is called "Bury Me In Georgia." It follows up his chart-topping duet with his wife, Katelyn, called "Thank God."

John Osborne And Lucie Silvas' Babies Released From Hospital

Brothers Osborne's John Osborne and his wife, Lucie Silvas, brought their twin newborns home from a Nashville hospital's NICU on Wednesday (April 5th). John shared the news on social media by posting a picture of himself from the back walking down a hospital hallway with a baby car seat in each hand with the caption, "Homeward bound with the bubs."

Arthur and Maybelle were born on March 21st. Arthur weighed in at 3 lb., 13 oz. while Maybelle weighed 5 lbs., 1 oz.

The twins are John and Lucie's first children.

Jordan Davis Reflects On 'Hideous' Childhood Easter Clothes

Before Jordan Davis learned to appreciate the real celebration of Easter, what stands out to him most about the holiday is getting candy and having to wear what he calls "hideous" clothes as a child.

Jordan tells us: "We would always have the Easter Egg Hunt before church. You know, my mom, she would dress us in these ridiculous, pastel-colored, gosh, good Lord, I'm sorry for saying this, but the worst part about Easter for me is some of the photos I have of what my mom dressed us in. It was hideous!"

Jordan sits inside the Top 30 and climbing on the charts with "Next Thing You Know." It's the second single from his new album, Bluebird Days, which was released in February.

Ashley McBryde's New Tattoo Represents Her New Song

Ashley McBryde has a couple new tattoos, which she recently debuted on social media. They represent the latest milestones in her career, with one being a gramophone to commemorate winning her first Grammy with Carly Pearce for their duet, "Never Wanted To Be That Girl." The second was not as self-explanatory, but Ashley told Entertainment Tonight the devil-like figure looking through the rearview mirror relates to the release of her new song, "The Devil I Know," which is out today (Friday, April 7th).

Ashley recently wrapped up The Judds: The Final Tour and is now playing several headlining dates throughout the spring. She is scheduled to perform at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville on April 11th.

Travis Tritt Drops Anheuser-Busch Products From Tour Rider

Travis Tritt is showing his disapproval of Anheuser-Busch's recent partnership with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney by boycotting the brand. On Wednesday (April 5th) he tweeted, "I will be deleting all Anheuser-Busch products from my tour hospitality rider. I know many other artists who are doing the same."

In subsequent tweets Travis added, "Other artists who are deleting Anheuser-Busch products from their hospitality rider might not say so in public for fear of being ridiculed and cancelled. I have no such fear."

He also pointed out Jack Daniels' new "Small Town, Big Pride" campaign which features Ru Paul Drag Race alums writing, "All the @JackDaniels_US drinkers should take note."

His final tweet in the thread read, "In full disclosure, I was on a tour sponsored by Budweiser in the 90's. That was when Anheuser-Busch was American owned. A great American company that later sold out to the Europeans and became unrecognizable to the American consumer. Such a shame."

Carrie Underwood, Thomas Rhett To Perform At Benefit For Nashville School Shooting Victims

Carrie Underwood, Thomas Rhett, Lady A, and Tyler Hubbard are among the Country stars set to perform at a fundraiser for victims of last week's Covenant School mass shooting in Nashville. The event, called "A Night of Joy" will be held on April 12th at The Fisher Center. All proceeds will go directly to benefit The Covenant School, a 501c3.

The lineup also include Sixpence None the Richer, Stephanie and Nathan Chapman, The Warren Brothers, The War and Treaty, and Brett Taylor with Luke Laird, among others.

Three adults and three children were killed on March 27th at the Covenant School after a 28-year-old former student shot her way into the school. All three children were just nine years old, while the adult victims were in their sixties.

Michael Ray Readies New EP For June Release

Michael Ray has been working hard in the studio to finish up a new six-song EP called Dive Bars & Broken Hearts, due out on June 23rd. This time around, Michael opted to work with producer Michael Knox, perhaps best-known for being Jason Aldean's long-time producer.

Of the project, Michael said, "Taking time to really think about what I wanted to say, writing some and listening to a whole lot of songs, I realized: people aren't singing about what happens when you go from wild-eyed kid to anything other than a settled down husband and young father. So, this is country for the rest of us, for kids who only really listened to country music, who know their Gilley from their Conlee or their Conley... and we're out there! I can't wait to get some of this out there for people who love this kind of straight up country."

Michael's current headlining tour runs through late August. His next scheduled date is on April 13th in Athens, OH.

LoCash Set For Guest Appearances On Bravo's 'Summer House,' 'Watch What Happens Live'

LoCash will be popping up on the Bravo network as a featured performer during the April 10th episode of the network's hit show Summer House. Following the episode, Preston Brust and Chris Lucas will join host Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live where they will serve as guest bartenders for the night. Summer House airs Mondays at 9 p.m. ET and Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen airs Sunday — Thursday at 10 p.m. ET on Bravo.

LoCash is currently on the road with Kane Brown on his Drunk or Dreaming Tour, which will continue through the summer.

Morgan Evans To Release EP Later This Month

Morgan Evans will release a five-song EP called Life Upside Down on April 21st. It will include both live and studio versions of "Over For You," as well as his new song, "On My Own Again." The song's video was released yesterday (Wednesday, April 5th).

The clip features footage taken from Morgan's five-part documentary series which showcases him traveling around the world as he picks up the pieces following his recent divorce from Kelsea Ballerini.

Morgan said, "I called the EP Life Upside Down because this collection of music could only have come from this time, when my life felt exactly that. To me, these five tracks journey through unexpected heartbreak, self-rediscovery, new beginnings and a new found gratitude for the present moment."

Morgan recently wrapped his co-headlining U.K. Day Drunk Me Tour with Mitchell Tenpenny. He is currently on the road with Brett Young in the states for Young's 5 Tour 3 2 1 and will also provide support on select dates with Billy Currington.

Bits And Pieces: Tanya Tucker

Tanya Tucker will release her new album, called Sweet Western Sound, on June 2nd. It was again produced by Brandi Carlile and Shooter Jennings, as was her Grammy-winning 2019 album, While I'm Livin'. She has released the album's lead track, "Kindness." Earlier this week it was announced that Tanya will be one of this year's three inductees into the Country Music Hall of Fame.

Old Dominion Postpones More Shows As Matthew Ramsey Recovers

Old Dominion has postponed more dates as lead singer Matthew Ramsey continues to recover from injuries he sustained during a recent ATV accident. In a video posted to fans on social media yesterday (Tuesday, April 4th), he said, "Still hanging out with (his walker) Walker Hayes, as Trevor (Rosen) has named it, but I just want to say unfortunately not strong enough to make it up onto the bus yet, so we are gonna have to push Albany, New York, and Reading, Pennsylvania and Bangor, Maine shows. We're gonna have to reschedule those."

Shania Twain Is Down For A Collaboration With Megan Thee Stallion

Shania Twain would definitely be interested in a musical collaboration with Megan Thee Stallion. Megan was on hand to present Shania with her Equal Play Award at the CMT Music Awards in Austin, TX on Sunday (April 2nd). Shania told Entertainment Tonight, "I think that would really work... I love her whole mind."

The two entertainers sat together in the audience at the show and got to know each other a little bit. Shania said, "I love her. What a sweetheart . . . She was amazing and said so many sweet things. I was really flattered that she was there for me."

Shania also said she'd be interested in a collab with another CMT Music Awards performer, Alanis Morissette. She said, "We've crossed paths so many times over the years, and we just never did work together. We should, of course, as fellow Canadians."

Kane Brown Introduces Different Man Radio

Kane Brown is moving into the radio business with his own show called Different Man Radio airing on Apple Music Country. He and his guests will discuss "their own experiences with finding seemingly 'overnight' success, and digging into how they navigated the life and career changes that came along with it," according to a release. The first show debuted yesterday (Tuesday, April 4th) with special guest Jimmy Butler. His remaining guests include Max Thieriot, Darius Rucker, and TimTheTatman.

Maddie & Tae's Maddie Font Expecting First Child

Maddie & Tae's Maddie Font is expecting her first child! She and husband Jonah Font will welcome a baby boy in September. Maddie shared the news on social media yesterday (Tuesday, April 4th) with a picture of the parents-to-be with the caption, "Jonah & I are over the moon and feel so blessed we get to be this little man's parents."

Maddie told People.com, "We found out in early January that we were expecting. I surprised Jonah with a little card and the positive tests when he got home from work . . . We are so excited to become parents! We've always wanted babies, so it is surreal that this chapter is beginning for us . . ."

Maddie said her Maddie & Tae partner, Taylor Kerr, suspected her pregnancy before Maddie did. Tae welcomed her first child, Leighton Grace, in January of last year.

Thomas Rhett Makes A Daily Habit Of Reading

Despite his busy schedule, Thomas Rhett makes a point of spending some time to read pretty much everyday. He tells us: "My wife and I try to do our best job at waking up at like 5:30 in the morning, which gives us like an hour before the kids wake up for school. I'm usually reading some sort of history about the Bible type book. Like, I'm reading a book right now called Jesus Through Middle Eastern Eyes, and it's super in-depth, and will probably take me a year to finish. But those are the kinda books that I read. I wanna say the last fiction book I read, I think was Harry Potter, and that would've been, I don't know, 20 years ago?"

Thomas will kick off of the U.S. leg of his Home Team Tour with Cole Swindell and Nate Smith on May 4th in Des Moines, Iowa.

His latest single, "Angels Don't Always Have Wings," is a Top 30 hit and climbing on the country charts.

Brothers Osborne's John Osborne's Twins Are 'Getting Stronger By The Day'

Brothers Osborne's John Osborne and his wife, Lucie Silvas', twins are still in the neonatal intensive care unit in Nashville but Lucie shared an update and a few pictures of the babies on social media over the last few days. According to her post, Arthur and Maybelle are "Holding hands and getting stronger by the day." She added, "Anyone who has had or has babies in the NICU knows how tough it is, but I have a feeling Arthur and Maybelle will be coming home soon."

The babies were born on March 21st.

Arthur weighed 3 lbs 13 oz while Maybelle weighed 5 lb 1 oz.

Kelsea Ballerini Makes Romance Red Carpet Official

Kelsea Ballerini made her romance with actor Chase Stokes red carpet official on Sunday (April 2nd) at the CMT Music Awards in Austin, TX. The couple walked the carpet hand-in-hand. Kelsea shared several pictures and videos taken at the show -- with Chase popping up in most -- on social media with the caption, "in my heartfirst era."

Before the show, Kelsea told CMT, "I'm really, really happy. … This is our first outing, so I'm like, ‘Come on into my world and then bring me into Charleston.'" Charleston, SC is where Chase shoots the Netflix series Outer Banks.

Kelsea co-hosted the CMT Music Awards alongside Kane Brown. The show aired live on CBS.

Patty Loveless, Tanya Tucker Headed Into Country Music Hall of Fame

Patty Loveless, Tanya Tucker, and Bob McDill are all headed into the Country Music Hall of Fame later this year, it was announced yesterday (Monday, April 3rd) during a livestreamed announcement. Loveless and Tucker will be inducted into the "Modern Era Artist" and "Veteran Era Artist" categories, respectively. McDill was selected in the "Songwriter" category.

Their inductions will bring the total number of Hall of Fame members to 152.

Reba McEntire Reunites With 'Reba' Castmates

Reba McEntire's concert at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles on Saturday (April 1st) drew several of her former Reba sitcom castmates, including JoAnna García Swisher, Steve Howey, and Melissa Peterman. They shared a few pictures of their backstage reunion on social media where fans repeatedly asked for a Reba "reboot."

One of Peterman's captions of her group shots read, "Mrs. H is at the Hollywood Bowl tonight!!!" She was referring to Reba's character's name, Reba Hart.

Reba will close out her tour on April 15th at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
