Jimbo’s Birthday Wishes (10/16/26)

Naomi Osaka is 29. Shy former tennis champion.

Caterina Scorsone is 45.  Dr. Amelia Shepherd on “Grey’s Anatomy”.

Jeremy Jackson is 46.  Hobie Buchannon on “Baywatch”.

John Mayer is 49.  “Say“, “No Such Thing“, “Waiting on the World to Change“, “Who Says“, “Your Body Is a Wonderland“, and “Daughters“.

Kellie Martin is 51.  Lucy on “ER”.

Wendy Wilson is 57.  Wilson Phillips singer and the daughter of Beach Boy Brian Wilson.  Biggest hits: “Hold On“ and “Release Me“.

Flea is 64.  Awesome bassist for the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Biggest hits:  “Under the Bridge“, “Dani California“, and “Scar Tissue“.

Flea also provided the bass line for Young MC’s classic rap, “Bust a Move“ . . . and wore a pair of pants made out of sewn-together stuffed animals in the video.

Tim Robbins is 68.  “Shawshank Redemption” star.

Fred Turner is 83.  The “Turner” of Bachman-Turner Overdrive.  “You Ain’t Seen Nothing Yet“, “Takin’ Care of Business“, and “Let It Ride“.  He and Randy got back together a few years ago simply as Bachman and Turner.

I guess at their age, Overdrive is no longer an option.

Bob Weir from The Grateful Dead would have been 79.  (1947 -2026)  Biggest hit: “Touch of Grey“.

Pamela Bach  (1962 – 2025)  Kaye Morgan on “Baywatch”, and David Hasselhoff’s ex.
