Tanya Tucker Surprises Nebraska Softball Coach Before Women’s College World Series

Tanya Tucker made a surprise video call to Nebraska softball coach Rhonda Revelle and her team Wednesday night ahead of the Women’s College World Series. Revelle, who calls “Delta Dawn” her song, was visibly emotional during the exchange. “You’re my idol,” Revelle told Tucker. “You’re the only reason I put on cowboy boots.” Tucker honored Revelle’s request to sing a version combining “Delta Dawn” with “Amazing Grace,” bringing tears throughout the room.
