Luke Mitchell is 41. Dr. Ripley on “Chicago Med”, Jane’s brother Roman on “Blindspot”, and Lincoln on “Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.”

Sean Bean is 67.  Boromir in “The Lord of the Rings”, Ned Stark on “Game of Thrones”, Zeus in the “Percy Jackson” movies, and Ian, the main bad guy, in “National Treasure”.  He was also 006, the villain in “Golden Eye”.

Jan Hammer is 78.  Czechoslovakian composer of the theme to Miami Vice.

David Bradley is 84.  Walder Frey from the Red Wedding on “Game of Thrones” and Hogwarts caretaker Argus Filch in the “Harry Potter” movies.

Afrika Bambaataa would have been 69. (1957 – 2026)  Hip-Hop pioneer.  Planet Rock.

Olivia Hussey  (1951 – 2024)  Norma Bates in Psycho IV, and Juliet in the 1968 movie version of “Romeo & Juliet”.

Ali Wong is 44.  Road-raging Amy on the first season of “Beef”.  You’d also know her as Doris on “American Housewife”.

Troy Polamalu is 45.  Retired Pittsburgh Steelers superstar safety who you might know from Head and Shoulders commercials.  In one of the Head and Shoulders commercials Troy is mocked by Minnesota Twins catcher Joe Mauer.  It’s his birthday too.  Joe’s 43.

Hayden Christensen is 45.  Anakin Skywalker in the “Star Wars” prequels.

Kate Hudson is 47.  Goldie Hawn’s beautiful daughter.

James Franco is 48.  Overrated?

Jesse James is 57.  Heavily tattooed “Monster Garage” dude who was probably the worst mistake of Sandra Bullock’s life.

Ashley Judd is 58.  Tris’ mom in the “Divergent” movies.  Most recently she was CIA station chief BB Yates on the Epix series Berlin Station.

Marion “Suge” Knight is 61.  Bankrupt Death Row felon.  He’s locked up and serving a 28-year prison sentence for running two guys over with his truck.

Dick Sargent  (1930 – 1994)  Darrin Stephens #2 on “Bewitched”.  Prostate cancer killed him.  Shortly before his death, Dick Sargent publicly proclaimed he was gay.

Jayne Mansfield  (1933 – 1967)  Bombshell of the ’50s and ’60s.  She bared her voluptuous 5-foot-1, 40-21-36 figure in “Playboy” . . . birthed future “Law & Order: SVU” star Mariska Hargitay . . . AND reportedly turned down the role of Ginger on “Gilligan’s Island”.  Jayne Mansfield was killed in a highway accident in 1967, when the car she was riding in slammed head-on into the rear of a semi truck.  Contrary to legend, Jayne Mansfield was NOT decapitated.  The accident just knocked off her wig.  After her gruesome accident, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration started requiring lowered safety bumpers with red and white reflective tape on the back of all semi-trailers.  They’re known as the Mansfield Bar.  Mariska and her two older brothers were in the backseat, but escaped unharmed.  Mariska was only three years old.

Eliot Ness  (1903 – 1957)  He headed the FBI’s “Untouchables” in Chicago and teamed up with syphilis to bring down Al Capone.
