A 41-year-old Florida man was arrested after a Seminole County deputy found him standing outside his car in a Target parking lot wearing only a G-string and sneakers. Nicholas Lydic told the responding deputy he had gotten wet and was changing clothes. The deputy discovered a backpack containing women’s underwear and sex toys inside Lydic’s vehicle. He was charged with indecent exposure. The arrest is not Lydic’s first — he carries a prior indecent exposure conviction from another Florida county from the previous year. The initial call came from someone reporting a man outside his car touching himself in the parking lot. (Story URL)
