Men of a certain age — older — remember when daredevil Evel Knievel was at the peak of his powers, jumping over cars with his motorcycle and launching himself over a canyon in a rocket. Well, his legacy will be honored this summer in Las Vegas with the Evel Knievel Experience. It’s a museum featuring some of his most famous vehicles, including the infamous X-2 Skycycle from his 1974 Snake River Canyon attempt. The “Experience” also includes a VR jump simulator, that puts visitors on a motorcycle and simulates a death-defying jump over 16 cars — without the risk of breaking every bone in your body.
