They say what happens in Vegas STAYS in Vegas . . . and something tells me this is a story that should’ve stayed in Vegas.

A woman has filed a lawsuit, claiming that she suffered “serious injuries” from “riding a mechanical penis” attraction at a Downtown Las Vegas establishment called The Nerd, which is in the Neonopolis shopping center.

She says she and some friends went there near closing time and asked an employee to ride the “mechanical [manhood].”  The employee operated it by using a joystick and control panel, and never had them sign any waivers.

But as it sped up, the woman’s “foot and ankle got caught under the main shaft area of the ride, where there is a large cut-out section . . . throwing her from the ride and causing her injury.”

This may SOUND funny, but the woman says that it was very serious.  The lawsuit says she suffered painful physical injuries, along with mental stress and a shock to her nervous system.  She’s seeking over $30,000 in damages.
