What is old is new again. Warner Brothers is turning “Dark Shadows“, the gothic television soap opera from the 1960s, into an adult animated series. No time on when it will begin. (Here’s the classic theme.)

Of Note:  “Dark Shadows” aired daily on ABC from 1966 to 1971. Notable actors who got their start on the show; Kate Jackson, Harvey Keitel, Marsha Mason, and Abe Vigoda.

In 2012, Warner Brothers produced the major motion picture “Dark Shadows”. Directed by Tim Burton and starring Johnny Depp.
