Ashley McBryde Invites 11-Year-Old Sawyer June To Make Her Grand Ole Opry Debut

Ashley McBryde has created a full-circle moment by inviting 11-year-old singer Sawyer June to make her Grand Ole Opry debut. The two first met backstage at the Opry in February, when McBryde noticed Sawyer singing along to every word of “Light On In the Kitchen.” Learning Sawyer was also a singer, McBryde grabbed her guitar and the two harmonized on “Bible And A .44.” McBryde followed Sawyer on social media and promised to watch her journey.
