New in Theaters: "Toy Story 5" and "The Death of Robin Hood"

1. “Toy Story 5” (PG) Trailer and Trailer 2
Can you believe it’s already been over 30 years since the first “Toy Story” movie?
Over the years we’ve watched as Woody and Buzz became best friends, met new friends Jessie and Bullseye after Woody was kidnapped, found a new home with Bonnie after Andy went to college, and reunited with Bo Peep at a traveling carnival when Woody said goodbye to Buzz to help other lost toys find new owners.
In this one, Woody returns to help Jessie, Buzz and the rest of the toys deal with the threat of losing Bonnie’s love to technology, in the form of Lilypad . . . a frog-shaped tablet voiced by Greta Lee (from Apple TV’s “The Morning Show”).
Tim Allen, Tom Hanks, and Joan Cusack are all back as Buzz, Woody and Jessie. Plus Craig Robinson joins the cast as a GPS-themed hippo, and Conan O’Brien is a toilet training tech toy called Mr. Smarty Pants.
Taylor Swift also wrote a song for the movie called “I Knew It, I Knew You“.
2. “The Death of Robin Hood” (R) Trailer
Hugh Jackman is an anti-hero version of Robin Hood, living in self-imposed isolation until Little John (Bill Skarsgard) asks for his help protecting his family once their extremely violent past catches up to them. Jodie Comer (Villanelle from “Killing Eve”) is also in it as a nun tending to a wounded Robin after he’s severely injured in the latter half of the film.
