You know, stores put all of those packs of gum, mints, candy bars, magazines and bottles of water at the check-out because at that point in the shopping trip, most people can’t resist the impulse to buy one more small thing. Lauren Alaina admits that she’s a sucker for those impulse purchases. She also can’t resist one particular store.

You can never have too many tins of Altoids. It’s science.  A lot of those items are geared for kids who are tired of shopping at that point and ready to pitch a fit for a candy bar.  Even if you don’t think you want anything, the check-out lane can tell you that you do.
