Trader Joe’s has expanded its product recall to more than 36 million pounds after glass was discovered in rice. The Department of Agriculture reported that 36,987,575 pounds of ready-to-eat and frozen chicken and pork fried rice, ramen, and shu mai dumplings made by Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc. are being removed from stores nationwide.
