Ella Langley and Morgan Wallen’s duet, “I Can’t Love You Anymore”, is the first song by two country artists in “lead roles” to debut in the Billboard Hot 100 Top 10.

Regardless of the debut position, it’s the first Hot 100 Top 10 by two country artists in lead roles, since Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton did it over 40 years ago with “Islands in the Stream”.

Of course, there have been other country duets in the Top 10, but those were technically “features”, like “I Remember Everything” by Zach Bryan FEATURING Kacey Musgraves.

(Ella’s “Choosin’ Texas” also scored an eighth week atop the Hot 100.)
