2. Hoppers – $18 million
3. Dhurandhar The Revenge – $9.6 million
4. Ready or Not 2: Here I Come – $9.1 million
5. Reminders of Him – $8 million

Project Hail Mary soared to No. 1 at the box office with an $80.6 million debut, marking the biggest opening of 2026 and a record for Amazon MGM Studios.

The weekend’s Top 5 films showed a mix of genres. Animated holdover Hoppers placed second with $18 million, followed by Dhurandhar: The Revenge in third with about $9.6 million.

Horror sequel Ready or Not 2: Here I Come opened in fourth with  $9.1 million, while romance Reminders of Him rounded out the Top 5 with $8 million.
