Everyone has something they CAN’T QUIT:  Fast food . . . shopping at Amazon . . . dating people with baggage . . . trying to make sourdough . . . the Cleveland Browns . . . and so on.

For this guy, it’s DRUGS.

A 37-year-old man in New York state named Barry Bowser was arrested for drug possession on Tuesday . . . as he was on his way to attend his court-ordered drug program.

He was on probation for a previous drug offense, when he was stopped at the courthouse.  He was searched . . . and found to be in possession of 35 grams of heroin and fentanyl, crack cocaine, digital scales, and packaging material.

He side-stepped a 12-year sentence the last time . . . but officials say that probation deal is now off the table.  Plus, there are new drug charges he’s facing.
