A Lexington, Kentucky woman is facing charges after allegedly pulling an AR-15-style rifle on a fast food employee following a drive-thru dispute. Nayda Roman, 33, reportedly grew angry over wait times at the KFC on Richmond Road in May. After exchanging words with staff, Roman drove to the parking lot, opened her trunk, retrieved the rifle, and pointed it at an employee before fleeing. Police used KFC security footage to identify her vehicle, then confirmed her identity through body camera footage from prior traffic stops and a positive photo lineup identification by the employee. Roman now faces one count of first-degree wanton endangerment. Story URL
