For anyone who gets annoyed by people who camp out and drive slow in the left lane, Colorado might be the state for you. The State Patrol there handed out more than 2500 tickets to these bozo drivers who are a scourge on humanity. Colonel Matthew Packard, Chief of the Colorado State Patrol, gave drivers a warning — that should be trumpeted from the mountaintops: “Even if you are driving the maximum legal speed limit, the left lane is not intended to be a permanent travel lane on roadways 65 mph or greater,” adding, “Interfering with traffic flow is … unsafe driving behavior.”
