Unscooped Poop Leads to Scooter Dispute

The poop really hit the fan when a Florida man tossed a handful of dog feces at a neighbor who wouldn’t clean up after his pooch — and then threatened to beat him with a kid’s scooter.

Trey Decloedt was arrested after the victim told cops he barged into his home and escalated their dispute by throwing the stinky stuff at him. Decloedt told a different story, telling officers, “I’ve complained about the dogs [pooping] in my yard. I said something to his old lady about it. She said she would pick it up. Four hours later, it was still there. I set it on the edge of the driveway right there,”

The 35-year-old suspect took the incident to the next level, throwing a punch and grabbing a child’s scooter, which he held over his head and said he’d use as a weapon. Responding deputies observed a red mark on the neighbor’s forehead as well as animal feces outside the home, according to the affidavit.

Decloedt faces charges of burglary with battery, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and simple battery. (WKMG)
