Olivia Newton-John lost her battle at age 73

Singer and Actress Olivia Newton-John has passed away, Monday August 8th, at the age of 73. Olivia has battled breast cancer for over 30 years, however her cause of death has not been determined. She passed away early Monday morning at her ranch located in Southern California with her family and close friends by her side. Olivia was born in England but grew up in Australia broke into the US market in 1971 with hit songs like “If Not For You” and “Have You Ever Been Mellow”. She became a household name when she starred opposite John Travolta in “Grease”. Olivia went on to have the biggest hit of her career with 1981’s “Physical”. She leaves behind her husband John Easterling and daughter Chloe Rose.
