Texas Weatherman Cut Off By Blackout As He Warns About Blackouts

Chattanooga, TN – The Pulse:

Lights out! Houston weatherman Travis Herzog was live on the air discussing potential blackouts in the Lone Star State when the station experienced one.

Backup generator power allowed the station to continue the broadcast. The power went out at around 3 PM, and then again during the 5 PM broadcast. (Mediaite)
