A Florida man is facing felony charges after authorities say he threatened two repo workers who were trying to tow away his truck.
Deputies say 54-year-old Clifford Dean Duvall wasn’t happy that his truck was being repossessed, so he climbed into the vehicle, grabbed a tomahawk, and approached the workers. At one point he even used the weapon to strike the tow cable. The workers told investigators they feared for their safety.
According to deputies, Duvall later admitted he intended to scare them into stopping the repossession. He was arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and is being held on a total bond of $30,000. (WKMG-TV Orlando)
