Jimbo’s Stupid Criminal: Again? A Woman Was Caught Driving, During a Zoom Hearing with a Judge
Again? A Woman Was Caught Driving, During a Zoom Hearing with a Judge

Two years ago, a man in Michigan attended a virtual court hearing regarding his suspended license . . . and in the Zoom meeting, he was DRIVING. And now, it’s happened AGAIN. But it’s not the same doofus.
Last week, a woman in Michigan was supposed to appear for a virtual court hearing, but when she turned on her video, it looked like she was in the driver’s seat of a car . . . driving.
The judge told her she can’t be driving during an appearance. She insisted that she wasn’t . . . that she was the passenger and had a driver. But the judge wasn’t buying it, and even asked her at one point to show him the driver.
The woman refused, and said she’d have to have their permission to do that . . . but no other person was ever shown.
The judge also asked what side of the car she was sitting on, and she said she was in the LEFT seat, which is the driver’s side. Before changing her answer to the RIGHT side.
The judge said, “You think I’m that stupid? I’m going to go ahead and enter a default judgment . . . you lied to me.”
The judge said the judgment of $1,921.95 will reflect that the defendant was “not available . . . and then was driving a car and telling the court she was not.”
The woman, Kim Carroll, later admitted that she was LYING to Judge Michael McNally.
She released this statement: “I take responsibility. Appearing on a Zoom court hearing while I was driving was poor judgment, and I regret that decision. I panicked in the moment and made the wrong call instead of pulling over or asking to reschedule . . . I am truly sorry. I am human. I made a mistake.”
(Here’s video of this absurd conversation.)
