Jimbo's Good News: FOOTBALL TEAM MAKES MASSIVE SPORTS GEAR DONATION

The Cleveland Browns football team just set up local kids for success this summer by donating more than $250,000 in sports gear to local high schools.
The team invited 75 high school coaches to their facility and let them load up on everything they need for the new season. Coaches grabbed 600 pairs of cleats, heavy-duty weight machines, and lots of safety pads so their players can stay safe on the field.
The coaches were thrilled to get a boost from the Browns, pointing out that many of their player’s families simply cannot afford this expensive gear on their own.
One coach, Dugan May, has seen how the yearly commitment from the Browns has supercharged his team’s excitement for each season — and motivates his players to work hard and maybe even turn pro.
“If you have a connection to the actual organization, their favorite team, it’s huge. You can see it,” said Dugan. “If you see something, you can visualize it, you can find a way to obtain it or at least work your way to it.”
