Dog with Bucket Stuck Over Its Head Rescued

A dog was wandering for days in rural Alabama with a bucket stuck over his head.  But he’s been rescued thanks to a social-media-fueled search by locals.

Now they’ve lovingly named him Buck.  And he’s much happier after rescuers carefully cut the bucket off. Apparently, the whole time Buck was out and about with the bucket on his head, another runaway dog stuck by him.

Both dogs are now recovering with a vet and expected to be put up for adoption.  Ideally together, because now they’re besties.  (Here’s a news report.)
