1. Moana – $43 million
2. Minions & Monsters – $20.5 million
3. Toy Story 5 – $18.5 million
4. Evil Dead Burn – $13.7 million
5. Young Washington – $6.5 million

Disney’s live-action Moana debuted atop the domestic box office with $43 million, marking one of the weakest openings for the studio’s live-action remakes despite claiming the No. 1 spot. The $250 million Moana remake earned an additional $52 million overseas for a $95 million global debut.

Universal’s Minions & Monsters finished second, followed by Disney-Pixar’s Toy Story 5 in third. Warner Bros.’ horror sequel Evil Dead Burn opened in fourth, while historical drama Young Washington rounded out the Top 5.
