H&R Block Down On Tax Day

Hundreds of H&R Block customers reported that the site was down…on Tax Day.

Troubles appeared to begin Monday morning around 8 a.m. Eastern Time. 95% of customers reporting issues were apparently trying to file taxes.

On X, some customers posted a “Bad Gateway” system message.

“We are aware of an issue preventing some desktop software users from e-filing their returns,” @HRBlockAnswers posted. “Online clients and clients working with our tax professionals virtually or in person are not impacted.” (The Sun)
