Hallmark's Countdown to Christmas Kicks Off Next Month with a Chicago Bears Love Story

Hallmark will kick off their Countdown to Christmas with the premiere of “Holiday Touchdown: A Bears Love Story” on October 17th.  It’s the third movie made in partnership with the NFL.

 

 

The two other movies were focused on the Kansas City Chiefs and Buffalo Bills.  “A Bears Love Story” is about a Chicago firefighter who gets the local news to do a story about his grandmother who will attend her 500th Bears game.

 

 

Of course, the love interest is the reporter assigned to the story.

 

 

There will be appearances from Bears coach Ben Johnson and players Cole Kmet and Colston Loveland . . . former Bears stars Mike Singletary, Charles “Peanut” Tillman, and Dan Hampton . . .

 

 

And Connie Payton, the wife of the late Walter Payton.

 

 

Hallmark’s full lineup of Christmas movies will be announced next week.
