Sweet Yeehaw Memaw, Emily Ann Roberts can definitely get a little spicy and opinionated, but a slightly off-kilter remark she made while in London brought on some pushback from fans.

It was truly innocent. Emily was enjoying gigantic chocolate-covered strawberries from a street vendor and remarked, “I don’t recommend the wooden fork. I think that we should have plastic like America.” She did also say that was her only critique.

The comment section blew up a bit with fans explaining that the wooden forks were more environmentally friendly, and that many destinations in Europe and the UK were taking steps toward eliminating plastic products.

Emily didn’t seem offended by the comments and instead raved about this tasty treat.
