A copy-paste error gave this Nevada homebuyer 86 properties for the price of one.

A homebuyer wanted a single-family home in Sparks, Nevada, for $594,481…and she ended up with a new neighborhood. This admin error was the result of copying and pasting a legal description from one document to the homebuyer’s deed.

The error will require the homebuyer to give the title back so the deed can be corrected. (NY Post)
