Blake Shelton’s 46th Birthday Surprise

On Saturday, Blake Shelton spent his birthday performing a headline gig for the 2022 Country Summer Festival Saturday, June 18. Even though Shelton had to “work” on his birthday, his superstar wife, Gwen Stefani, surprised him and his fans by bringing out a birthday cake on stage so that he gets the celebration he deserves. After laughing about the shock of the surprise, Blake showed the cake to the crowd as his wife led the crowd into singing “Happy Birthday” to him as his band joined in to help. Shelton was sincerely touched by the surprise act and posted on Twitter (shown below) thanking his fans and showing love to his wife by saying, “Thank y’all for all the birthday wishes this past weekend and for y’all who came out to party at Country Summer!!! What a damn time we had.. also.. I love you @gwenstefani!!!!”
