Imagine someone in prison asking what someone else is in for, and them saying, “I wouldn’t get out of the way of a delivery robot.”

An elderly woman in Pennsylvania named Carolyn Marvin had a bizarre confrontation with an Uber Eats delivery robot in Philadelphia last Wednesday . . . where she “repeatedly blocked the robot’s path, and ignored multiple commands from officers to move.”

She was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Carolyn later said she was protesting the use of delivery robots because she believes they are replacing human workers.  She added that she ALWAYS does this . . . and believes her actions are “protected speech.”

And she’s serious about it.  One woman went up to her during the standoff, and asked if she was okay . . . thinking that it had hit her.  And she said she was doing her part, because robots like these are taking over the world.
