A Man Was Arrested for Surfing Naked . . . on a Train

Surfing can be dangerous. Surfing on top of a speeding train is stupid. And surfing on top of a train while NAKED is . . . stupidly dangerous, and a bit of a scene.
Colorado police arrested a man from Arizona named Daniel Balance last week, after he was caught “surfing” . . . NAKED . . . on top of a moving locomotive.
In a statement, the department said, “For those of you who had the unfortunate experience of seeing this gentleman, I want you to know that he was arrested on felony and misdemeanor charges.” (The post also has his mugshot.)
“Daniel expressed his love of vodka, beer, and playing the Banjo . . . unfortunately, we had to separate him from those loves and the train ride.”
He wasn’t supposed to be on the train to begin with. Police say he broke the window on a Union Pacific Railroad locomotive to enter it.
