The Shade Trees are a bluegrass/country/folk duet group

Chattanooga TN:  The Shade Trees are a bluegrass/country/folk duet group based out of Chattanooga TN. The group consists of Seth Hicks and Jessica Whaley. Both members were born and raised in Georgia. We started our collaboration in 2018 when we both started jamming some tunes in the lobby area of a local Georgia music store at the time. Since then we have curated a great setlist consisting of a variety of styles and genres. From bluegrass standards like, Are you missing me? All the way to, Long Cool Woman by The Hollies. We have worked in a way to create a large full band sound, but with only two musicians on the stage.
