Someone Got Their 10th DUI, and He Wasn't Even Trying to Hide It
Every idiot remembers their FIRST DUI . . . and maybe their SECOND . . . but after that, they just start to blend together. (???)
A 55-year-old man in Pennsylvania named Brian Ballantine was arrested Saturday for his 10th DUI. And he wasn’t even trying to get away with it.
Brian was parked just outside of the police station . . . near the station’s gas pumps. An officer saw him while he was leaving the station, and went over to figure out what was going on.
The officer described him as “confused and disoriented,” and reported seeing a “large, wet puddle on the ground directly outside the driver’s door.” He also had several empty beer cans inside the car.
Brian was asked if he knew where he was, and he said, “Yeah. I’m having fun.”
Police checked surveillance video, and saw him drive up, and nearly hit another vehicle. He got out, peed next to his car in the parking lot, with other people nearby . . . and sat back down and took a few sips from a beer can.
That’s fairly incriminating.
Brian was charged with felony DUI, and misdemeanor counts of open lewdness and driving with a suspended license.
