A Florida man is facing a misdemeanor charge after police say he was found walking naked through a park next to an elementary school in St. Petersburg, and his excuse was a little unexpected.
Officers arrested 43-year-old Carlos Luis Miller-Orraca, who reportedly told police he thought he was participating in a nude art exhibit and later said he believed he was at a nude resort. School staff reportedly observed the incident from across a fence. He was charged with exposure of sexual organs and released on a $500 bond while awaiting trial. (WTVT-TV Tampa)
