Electric truck maker Rivian is rolling out a Ghostbusters-themed Halloween software update that transforms its vehicles into ghost-hunting rides through early November. The free update adds graphics, custom vehicle lights, and sound effects to driver touchscreens and charging stations. Drivers can turn on the Halloween mode with a single toggle in the mobile app, allowing the trucks to stay in this holiday mode while parked or on the road. Through the years, Rivian has goofed off with other movie makeovers for Halloween, including Back to the Future and Knight Rider.
