The most coveted thing in business these days is A.I. . . . specifically the elite A.I. chips that have made Nvidia the largest company in the world.  (It has a market cap of $5.5 TRILLION.)

So how do criminals get in on this?  How do you steal A.I. chips?  Not like this:

Thieves in California stole two semi-trailers from an autonomous trucking company . . . featuring Nvidia’s logo, along with one for “Plus A.I.”

But the “riches” inside were NOT what they were expecting. Each trailer was filled with 20,000 pounds of SAND.  They drove off with the cargo, but when they realized what it was, they dumped it.

Technically, the sand was silica, which is the primary raw material used to produce the high-purity silicon that forms the foundation of computer microchips.  But clearly, in that state, it was worthless to the thieves.

The company got their sand back, and the thieves are still on the loose.
