 A former staff member of the Auburn University football program was arrested and charged with felonies after allegedly leaking confidential information to rival college programs. Twenty-four-year-old David Rudolph Jenrath faces charges of trade secret theft and computer tampering. It seems that while he was working as a scouting assistant, Jenrath sent some of Auburn’s player evaluation files to multiple competing schools under the pseudonym “Don Julio.” The leak was exposed after one competing school turned the suspicious emails directly over to Auburn officials.
