Some people are saying that Morgan Wallen was snubbed when the CMA announced this year’s nominations.

 

 

He was only nominated twice, and both are in the Musical Event of the Year category for his collaborations with other artists.

 

 

Which means he wasn’t nominated for Entertainer of the Year or Male Vocalist of the Year.  And since he’s the biggest touring artist in all of country music, it’s kind of ironic that he’s largely been sidelined for country’s biggest night.

 

 

One person even suggested that the declining TV ratings at the CMA Awards is because Morgan’s never there.
