A rescue cat named ChipPurr Jones delivered one of the year’s cutest ceremonial first pitches for the Gwinnett Stripers on Tuesday night. The kitten made its way toward home plate and earned some treats along the way. Named after Atlanta Braves legend Chipper Jones, the cat helped highlight a pet supply drive where fans could donate items and interact with other cats in the stands. Story URL
