Gaten Matarazzo is 24.  Dustin on “Stranger Things”.

Wiz Khalifa is 39.  Yeah, you know what it is.  “Black and Yellow“.  Even if you aren’t a fan of rap, you’ve heard him on the “Furious 7” anthem “See You Again“.

Jonathan Taylor Thomas is 45. Randy Taylor on “Home Improvement”.

Pink is 47.  “So What“.

Larenz Tate is 51.  Councilman Tate on “Power”.  He was also Quincy Jones in “Ray” . . . Frankie Lymon in “Why Do Fools Fall in Love?” . . . O-Dog in “Menace II Society” . . . Malcolm on “House of Lies” . . . and Julian in “Girls Trip”.

Kennedy is 54.  “Rolling Stone” voted her the most-hated MTV VJ of the ’90s.  Now she’s on Fox News.  Go figure.

Martin Freeman is 55.  Bilbo Baggins in the “Hobbit” movies, Everett Ross in the MCU, Dr. Watson on the BBC’s “Sherlock”, and Tim, the equivalent to our “Jim”, on the British version of “The Office”.

David Arquette is 55.  The fool who let Courteney Cox get away.

Brooke Burke is 55.  Former “Dancing with the Stars” co-host.  She also won the seventh season.  Now Brooke hosts “Penn & Teller: Fool Us”.

Aimee Mann is 66.  Lead singer of ‘Til Tuesday.  Remember “Voices Carry“?

David Steele is 66.  Fine Young Cannibals AND The English Beat.  His hits with the Beat include “Mirror in the Bathroom“ and “Save It for Later“ and his hits with the Cannibals include “She’s Drives Me Crazy“ and “Johnny Come Home“.

Bernie Sanders is 85.  Vermont Senator and failed presidential candidate.

Willie Tyler is 86.  Genius ventriloquist of Willie Tyler & Lester fame.

Peter Sellers  (1925 – 1980)  The genius who was Inspector Clouseau in the “Pink Panther” movies.  Without him, there wouldn’t be an Austin Powers.  He was also brilliant in three separate roles in Stanley Kubrick’s “Dr. Strangelove“.

Sid Caesar  (1922 – 2014)  Old-school comedian who played Coach Calhoun in “Grease”.  He was also the Caveman Artist in “History of the World Part I”, and Mel Brooks’ boss, the Studio Chief in “Silent Movie”.

Ron “Pigpen” McKernan  (1945 – 1973)  Co-founder of The Grateful Dead.

Patsy Cline  (1932 – 1963)  Country legend.  Her classic country hits include:  “Crazy“, “I Fall to Pieces“, and “Walkin’ After Midnight“.

Jimmie Rodgers  (1897 – 1933)  Father of Country Music.  His ballads include “In the Jailhouse Now“ and “Blue Yodel (T for Texas)“.

Avicii  (1989 – 2018)  Biggest hit, by far:  “Wake Me Up“, which has over 2.5 BILLION views on YouTube.

Benjamin Orr  (1947 – 2000)  Bass player for The Cars.  He co-founded the band with Ric Ocasek in 1976.  Orr sang lead on many of the band’s most recognizable songs, including “Drive“ and “Just What I Needed“.

It was pancreatic cancer that took him . . . just like Swayze.  The Cars disbanded in 1988.  The surviving members briefly reunited in 2010, and were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2018.
