Florida Woman Accused Of Biting Off Husband’s Ear During I-95 Dispute

A Boca Raton woman faces serious charges after allegedly biting part of her husband’s ear off during a domestic dispute on I-95. Amy Arlene Baker, 43, was arrested August 15 and charged with aggravated battery causing bodily harm and child neglect. Authorities say the couple had attended a boat party in the Fort Lauderdale area before arguing while driving home. Baker allegedly bit her husband’s right ear, severing part of it. He was treated at West Boca Medical Center and later underwent reattachment surgery. Two children were inside the vehicle but were not physically harmed. Baker was booked into Broward County Jail.
