A Florida licensed nursing assistant has been arrested on a felony voyeurism charge after allegedly photographing a vulnerable elderly patient without consent. Largo Police allege Jessica Johnson, 44, took a naked photo of a 93-year-old dementia patient at approximately 4 AM while the woman slept in her nursing facility bed. Johnson then sent the image to her ex-girlfriend with the message, “My first room…ugh, LMAO,” accompanied by two laughing emojis. The ex-girlfriend immediately contacted law enforcement upon receiving the photo. Johnson admitted to taking and sending the image, claiming it “was done in a joking manner” and that she had blurred the patient’s face.
