Ladies: Is there anything more romantic than having a guy tell you how much he loves you . . . WHILE he’s being busted for drug trafficking?

 

A 29-year-old man in Florida named Donnie Williams was pulled over last Thursday, and he tried to RUN . . . by booking it into the woods.

 

The police used a K-9 unit to track him down.  He was hiding in thick brush . . . and he was also on the phone with his girl.

 

In the bodycam footage of the arrest, you can hear Donnie shouting into the phone, “I love you, bae . . . I love you, bae.”

 

Donnie probably knows he’s going back to prison.  He’s done two stints before, totaling eight years. Police say he had a backpack with a loaded handgun, 203 grams of meth, 17 grams of fentanyl, and seven grams of crack cocaine.
