Watch a Miss Utah Contestant Do a Speed Painting of Dolly Parton

A Miss Utah 2026 contestant paid tribute to Dolly Parton for her talent performance by speed painting a portrait.  Her name is Shelby Springall and she’s the current Miss Iron County.

 

Shelby took the stage in a sparkly pink jumpsuit and a silver cowgirl hat. She painted a portrait of Dolly upside down to a rendition of “9 to 5”.
