California Teens Rode E-Bikes Through a Walmart

Some Orange County, California teens rode their E-bikes through a Walmart, narrowly missing customers and creating a dangerous scene. 61-year old Vince Vasquez recorded as he shouted at them. (The last comment is from Beth Black, the author of “The Caring Parent’s E-Bike Survival Guide”.)

Of Note: The O.C. Sheriff’s Department is trying to identify the teens but it’s unlikely they’ll be charged with a crime.
