Taylor Swift's "Toy Story 5" Song Sets New Streaming Records for Country Music

Have you listened to Taylor Swift’s new song for the “Toy Story 5” soundtrack called “I Knew It, I Knew You”? It came out Friday, and it’s categorized as “country”, but honestly, that’s pretty debatable.
Of course, in Taylor fashion, she broke multiple streaming records:
On Spotify, it became the most-streamed country song in a single day by a female artist.
On Amazon Music, it had the largest 24-hour streaming debut for any song globally on the platform in 2026.
And then on Apple Music, it set the all-time record for the biggest soundtrack single by first-day streams and the biggest country single of 2026 so far.
(You can see the video for “I Knew It, I Knew You” here. It features scenes of Jessie with Buzz and Woody, plus a look at Jessie’s original owner.)
(And here’s the latest on the Swift/Kelce wedding.)
