Country Music Hall of Famer Ray Stevens suffered a fall on Sunday, March 29th that broke his neck.  He was briefly hospitalized in Nashville and is now recovering at home.  He’s 87 years old.

A press release says, quote, “Despite the injury, he remains fully mobile and in good spirits as he continues his recovery.”

Ray also has to wear a neck brace for about a month.  He’s still releasing a new album on Friday called “Favorites Old & New”.  It’s literally a mix of his favorite old songs and new, like “The Look of Love” and “It Had to Be You”.
